This E.P. is a deviation from the astronomy-geared music I typically produce. For those unfamiliar, the Sanhedrin was an ancient body of government over the land of Israel. It existed in Israel, and also in the Jewish diaspora. Beis Hillel and Beis Shammai were two schools of thought and academies in ancient Israel circa 165 BCE. Hillel (Beis Hillel's name sake) was the head of the Sanhedrin until Shammai succeeded him after his death. Both were men worthy of great honor and are currently some of the most renowned figures in Judaism.
